This place is full of pickers and resellers, running around the store and scanning everything to be sold on eBay. It’s obnoxious and it ruins the fun of thrifting and shopping and because of it there’s nothing cool left most of the time

Prices are too high for many things now. All items are donated and patrons must bring their own bags. By not purchasing bags, Goodwill must have saved millions of dollars. It would be nice if this was reflected in the prices.

The staff doesn’t know or care about organizing their donated items. The shelves are jumbled with anything and everything like someone just threw it and didn’t care. It’s discouraging to even pick through it all. Management needs to visit StVincent DePaul to learn a thing or two about presentation and organization!
