I contacted the nursery looking for something very specific to send to someone recovering from surgery at Froedtert Hospital who has a deep love for the outdoors. From the very beginning, Olivia went above and beyond to help me make this happen.

When we were struggling to find a way to get the tree delivered to the hospital that same day, Olivia did something I never expected. She offered to personally deliver it after she got off work. She told me she normally does not make deliveries, but she had become invested in making sure this one got there.

That kind of compassion, kindness, and genuine care is something you simply do not encounter every day. This was more than a purchase and more than exceptional customer service. Olivia understood what this gift meant and personally made sure it reached someone who could use a little piece of the outdoors during a difficult week.

“I was shopping at Home Depot at Menomonee Falls today 8-29. As I pushed my cart past the appliance section a young man named Marlin asked if he could help me. I said I’m looking for some toilet seals for a Koehler. He said aisle 29, left side, third section at the bottom. I headed that direction and yes the item was exactly where he said. I could not believe it. I’m 70 years old and have never seen an employee that knew his store that well. All with a friendly smile. Amazing employee!!!”

“Home Depot is a great resource for remodeling supplies, however if you are hoping to buy cabinet hinges for 1/4” overlay, they have only one style hinge available.”

“Love love love the yard art here! So many pieces, so little time! My personal fav are the Solar powered pieces that have cute light up designs on them. I'm more of a tattoos and all black girl, and there were several killer pieces that weren't your basic, butterflies and globes, garden inspo.

Owner was super cool and friendly too! Shop with confidence! (Even if you can't afford much, it's nice to come out on a warm day and peruse all the different designs)”
