The nursery selection was great, good variety, decent prices.As always, the store was clean & organized.The staff I talked to were friendly.The cashier was terrific, so polite and cheerful. “Needed a plant for my dark depressing office. Not only did they point out plants that will grow well with minimal light, but she split it for me into 3 pots (easier to find places for 2 and gift the 3rd than one huge pot) but she did it for free! This is a great little business - support them! Pic is one of the 3 waiting for the perfect pot to call home.Edit: Just bought plant number 4 and all of them are happy and healthy!”

“Thanks to Minor's Garden Center, Inc., we have a lot more firewood!!!!! This crazy snow/super cold front had us running out of wood quicker than we anticipated and Minor’s was able to supply us with more with such a quick turnaround (called them on Saturday and today is Monday)! They even lost power/phone service and also had trouble getting their trucks going thanks to the extreme cold, but they still made sure to get our wood delivered! So thankful! ☺️”

However, this location has really turned around in the past couple of months. I can only guess that it is under new management. It has gotten cleaner, more organized and the staff is MUCH friendlier and more helpful. Its great to see the turn around. Keep up the good work!”

“Trust me I have NEVER gushed about a big box home improvement place until now. I think there might be a new manager because I heard this woman making sure that all of the associates were greeting all of the guests. Fantastic! They are well staffed and if you ask where to find something you get an immediate response and sometimes they will take you to the aisle to find the product. Years ago this location was a ghost town and you had to hunt down people - now they are available in almost every location. They had an awesome sale on mulch so I needed 50 bags purchased over two trips. Each time a nice kid would help me load the truck because it is back breaking to lift those bags. Today I drove my heavy cart down the wrong aisle and had to load my car from the cart that was hanging in the other row. An associate saw me struggling, pulled my cart over the curb and again helped me load my car! Kudos to HD for a great improvement experience. Also next time you are there notice that each area of the store has a different vibe. People doing home improvements aren't as happy as the people shopping the garden aisle!”

“These beautiful souls put together a unique bouquet for my husband's sick Grandmother and rushed it same day over to Froedtert. Come to find out, I idiotically sent it to the wrong Froedtert hospital!!! Not only were they gracious about me wasting their time, they were kind enough to reimburse for the flowers (minus delivery fee). I could not be more impressed.
