“I had to get body work done after an accident, and I ended up going with Collision County Line based on a recommendation. Honestly relieved I did. The staff was upfront with me the whole way through — no pressure, no weird upselling, just clear answers about what needed fixing and why. They kept me posted while my car was in the shop, which I appreciated since that part of the process can be stressful. Pricing was also better than a couple other quotes I'd gotten. Car came back looking good as new. Not something I was excited to deal with, but they made a bad situation a lot more manageable. Would go back if I ever needed to (though hopefully I won't).”

Other body shops would have wanted to replace the tailgate. Bill saved me a fortune! He also repaired a rust hole on the bottom of my Toyota 4 runner and did a fantastic job! “I was t-boned by a truck in July and the entire passenger side of my NEW Honda Civic Sport was a wreck, including a left rear wheel from being pushed into the median. Gary's estimate was accepted by my insurance who will get reimbursed by the other party who was 100% liable. My car was in the shop for many weeks, but I got it back yesterday. Gary and Ryan were wonderful during the whole process, assuring me that my new car would look good again and being patient with all my questions. This has been a nightmare emotionally and having my car back in perfect condition (although no doubt diminished in value) is a relief. My husband and my daughter have also had them work on their cars with 100% satisfaction. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs work of any kind done.”

“I have been. long time customer of Gordie Boucher...over 30 years and have also bought my last car from them. The service department never disappoints with my car needs and monitoring of my car’s situation. The people there are friendly and professional, too....definitely a good value for their services.
This past week, I again, had Gordie Boucher service my car for an oil change. I had scheduled the appointment online; however, when I arrived, their system did not reflect the appointment. However, I had the confirmation email on my phone and Tim, in the service area, appreciated the email and he photocopied it to send onto IT....all went well for my appointment, Tim made sure my car was serviced per my appointment. Great service team at Gordie Boucher’s in Mequon!”

“Alaina was pretty responsive to my queries as the job went on. Called and got booked for a Tuesday. It was explained that it could take longer than 2 weeks but they would try to keep it short. Got me a vehicle to drive. Did all the paperwork for the insurance claim and answered the questions needed. Helped me send it to service for something unrelated and got it back and cleaned up for the wife to pick up. Pick up process was smooth. Less than 2 weeks and done well.”
