“I bought a new car two weeks ago and just recently noticed a few minor scratches on it. I stopped by to see if it’s something simple enough they can fix and to see what the cost was going to be. The receptionist that helped me got started was friendly and helpful. She walked around the vehicle with me and I pointed out where the scratches were. While I was waiting back in the waiting area a gentleman by the name of Jim came to update me that they can remove the scratches, just not at that moment but if I was to wait about an hr they can get to it. Less than 10mins go by and they were completed! I appreciate the great customer service and no cost fix. I will definitely go back for future repairs if ever needed and will recommend 1collision to friends and family.”

“Straight Line Collision really supported me through a difficult timeline. I was in Milwaukee visiting from out of town when someone side swiped me on the freeway. With limited time and resources, I could not find a body shop that could take care of my work for over a month. When I came across Straight Line, not only did they get me in right away for my estimate, but they also helped push the process through quicker as much as possible when it came to dealing with insurance. They made sure not only was my car finished in tip top shape, but they also got me back on the road within a extremely short amount of time which helped ease my anxiety of the overall process with not having enough free time to hang around. “So far it has been an exceptional experience. Living in Wisconsin I was bound to hit a deer at some point and I was directed to crash champions by my insurance company. They didn't make me wait, were very friendly and I was out quickly. After my claim is approved they order the parts and then when the parts come in I take my car over and they keep it just a day or two. Unlike the other places I was directed to where they wanted to keep my car for a month! Don't fall for that!”

“I was recently rear ended on my way to work. To my dismay, my car had a hole punched into the bumper from the frame of the vehicle that hit me - so very disruptive to the German styling of my Passat. Ultimately a new bumper was needed, paint work performed and a few dents needed to be pulled out. I had no idea what to do for repairs and looked around for a well reviewed shop to take on this relatively small job. I found Gerber on Yelp and I have to say, I am phenomenally happy with my experience. Submitting a quote online was super quick and easy. I received a response in a few hours. Later, I submitted a claim through the responsible party's insurance. I was interested that the shop performed their own paint work and was skeptical that they could match my car's unique red metal flake finish. The technician assured me that they do their best but let me know it may be a slightly different shade in certain lighting conditions. I was definitely a bit worried, but it turns out that they did an excellent job. I got a call about a week later that my vehicle was ready for pickup. I was so happy with the results of my repair! The bumper matches the rest of the car perfectly and the workmanship is second to none. I couldn't be more pleased. What's more - they matched their quote within about $50. You just can't beat that. Gerber turned out to be an excellent choice. I kind of wish I got rear ended harder so they could have done more work on the car (I'll be careful what I wish for).”

“I would give these guys 10 stars if possible, and that still wouldn't be enough! I called to schedule an appointment for my Mercedes Sprinter that had 3 dents on the slider door. This is a work van, but I like to keep it looking good. I texted the photos to Acci-Dent and they got back to me in 2 minutes with a quote. I came in, and met Mike, who has over 20 years of experience in paintless dent removal. He got me in within minutes and even allowed me to hang out while he was doing the work. His passion for this industry really showed by him walking me through the process of what he was doing step by step (although most of it went over my head, haha). He finished his work, and changed me less than what I was quoted. Disclaimer: I am someone who cares deeply for my vehicles and I do all of my own work on them. “I'm only giving a 4 because it took 5 months to get service and I know that this was not the fault of Caliber Collision but rather due to the GM strike and the delay of parts orders. In spite of that, Caliber did an excellent job with my car. The young ladies at the front desk and one in particular, Ayanna did a great job and were very professional and she definitely stood out from the rest as she was always very helpful and very pleasant. I would definitely use the Glendale location again. I have had service at the Germantown location as well and was very pleased with their work and customer also but the Glendale location is closer to where I live.”

“I went here recently for a emission test and it was great. The staff is friendly and welcoming in the process took less than 5 minutes.The only downside to my visit was actually finding the building. I was able to see it from the alley but I had no way of figuring out the entrance. Luckily, the Auto Care facility right in front of it guide me to the right location and from there I was able to see the small dot emission sign on the building.”
