“After I had hit a chunk of ice/snow on South 92nd Street near Oklahoma Avenue, that I assume dropped off of a truck removing ice/snow piles that existed in parking lots after the heavy wet snow and then extremely cold weather experienced in January.There was significant damage to the front end of my van.I called a friend, who used to work in the used car business, he recommended Studer Auto Body on South Hawley Road.Studer Auto arranged for towing, provided a timely and reasonable estimate, and worked with my insurance Co. to get an appropriate settlement.Bob Studer, office manager, kept me informed. Dispite difficulty of locating parts, they completed repairs in about 2 weeks.”

“I was recently rear ended on my way to work. To my dismay, my car had a hole punched into the bumper from the frame of the vehicle that hit me - so very disruptive to the German styling of my Passat. Ultimately a new bumper was needed, paint work performed and a few dents needed to be pulled out. I had no idea what to do for repairs and looked around for a well reviewed shop to take on this relatively small job. I found Gerber on Yelp and I have to say, I am phenomenally happy with my experience. Submitting a quote online was super quick and easy. I received a response in a few hours. Later, I submitted a claim through the responsible party's insurance. I was interested that the shop performed their own paint work and was skeptical that they could match my car's unique red metal flake finish. The technician assured me that they do their best but let me know it may be a slightly different shade in certain lighting conditions. I was definitely a bit worried, but it turns out that they did an excellent job. I got a call about a week later that my vehicle was ready for pickup. I was so happy with the results of my repair! The bumper matches the rest of the car perfectly and the workmanship is second to none. I couldn't be more pleased. What's more - they matched their quote within about $50. You just can't beat that. Gerber turned out to be an excellent choice. I kind of wish I got rear ended harder so they could have done more work on the car (I'll be careful what I wish for).”

They fixed it for the very low price of $150 and washed and vacuumed my car on top of it! “My girlfriend and I went in to see what our options were as our lease was up in less than a year. Fix was our salesperson and he was so accommodating and welcoming. We talked about what we were looking for and what we wanted and he had test driving a new 2024 in no time. We had two kiddos with us and he was engaging with them as well. When we came back from the test drive he had options written down for moving forward. The options weren't really what we were looking for and he told us he understood and would definitely reach back out if he was able to make all the numbers work. We left and received a phone call within minutes asking us to come back so we could figure out something that worked for all of us. Once we moved our things into the new car Fiz personally walked us through some of the new features and when we realized we forgot something in the old vehicle he quickly grabbed what we needed. Since then he has called to see how we were liking the new car and also made sure to get us in within days to get the hitch on the new vehicle. Great customer service!!!”
