“I was searching for a quick place to alter some suit pants, and this place won by vicinity - even though it boasted zero reviews. Mark Pasch is located in a strip mall in Bayside, so know what you're looking for. They sell high-end mens clothing, mostly suits but also some nice jeans/socks/ties. They are very expensive, but as the salesman said - you invest in your clothing. I approached with the simple alteration and was told it would be about 10 minutes if I chose to wait. I was hesitant as I was on the end of my lunch hour, but I agreed. The couple people that milled through were 65+ and smelled like money. The alteration unfortunately actually took about 25 minutes, and I was noticeably late to return to the office - HOWEVER she did a very nice job and a thorough reinforcement. If your wallet can handle it, this seems like a really nice shop.”
“I've been a disc golfer since 1982 and I've been a professional disc golfer for over 30yrs and this store has THE best selection of golf disc's and accessories anywhere in the state of Wisconsin.....PERIOD.Everything that they sell here is reasonably priced and in perfect condition. A lot of disc golf stores sell factory seconds or defective products, NOT HERE. The employees are knowledgeable and respectful and is a verypleasant experience. “After going to two places this morning, looking for a good pair of casual/athletic shoes and not finding a good fit, I stopped in here and I really should have went here first. The store manager was very knowledgeable and attentive and I was fitted with a good pair of shoes right away. I certainly recommend this store for your athletic wear or, at least, athletic foot wear. It's hard to find service like this nowadays.”

“My 40th high school class reunion committee chose Burghardt Sporting Goods for our reunion shirts and an opportunity to order high school shirt regalia/paraphernalia. After ordering and paying for a shirt, a gaffe occurred where I wasn't going to receive my order in time for the reunion.One of the sales associates offered to resolve my issue; however, I was no longer interested.I then received an email AND a few telephone calls from owner Lynn Burghardt desiring to resolve my issue and make things "right". Not only did she offer me different varieties of my order, she even offered to have my shirt delivered to an address of my choice in order to have my item in time for the reunion, as I no longer live in the Milwaukee area.The exemplary leadership of this management team lends itself to the excellent character of this company to please individuals who choose to do business with them. Moreover, their willingness to go the extra mile and apologize for any mistakes made is absolutely commendable and selfless.When a company stands by their brand, one can only appreciate and respect them for their desire to want to have an opportunity to correct a mistake without making excuses or pointing fingers; Burghardt Sporting Goods is just that kind of company.Thank you Lynn and Clint for your profound kindness. “I called the Brookfield REI Bike Service department and spoke with Remco about the metallic sound I was hearing when I rode my gravel bike. She asked me several questions and we determined that I needed to bring my bike in, which I did. Once at the store, Remco immediately began the process to diagnose the source of the noise. After a few short minutes she determined the source of the noise, a cable. In addition to resolving this problem she informed me that my wheels would need warranty service to meet the manufacturing specifications. My bike was expected to be done within a few days but the service was done in one day!!! I have since ridden my bike and the problem was resolved! Thank you Remco for the great customer service!!!!! “Kudos to the staff at Athletic Equipment Repair Corporation for the awesome repair job on my catcher's leg guards! The straps holding the knee caps in place became worn over time and eventually broke, leaving me with the choice of trying to fix them or replace them outright. After seeing the price tag on the replacements, and getting turned down a number of times because the repair was too complex involving the stitching and riveting of the plastic and fabric, AERC took the job on with no hesitation. I was able to pick them up the next day, and quality of the repair job was better than the original. Headache gone, and saved from spending a ton of money on new ones! Companies like this just don't exist anymore.”

“A wonderfully stocked store for almost every type of farm tool, work clothes, and pet or animal feed - just to mention a few. My pair of old riding boots had been soaked in the rain on the ride up and were now starting to split at the soles. I found this place via Yelp and within 15 minutes we arrived.We were greeted with pleasant smiles as we entered and everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful. I ended up buying a new pair of Ariat boots that fit and wore very comfortably. Besides being waterproof they also have a steel toe. I expect to get many good years out of them. As I stated, the store was well stocked and clean. I was told this store had not been open for very long so if you get a chance, go by and check them out.”
“I learned how to golf fairiy recently and needed a decent set of clubs. I figured second hand would give me better quality at a lower price. Surprisingly, there were quite a few options. I ended up choosing a Cobra set, but the other ones were nice as well. I did not purchase a driver there; I will continue using my current one. I genuinely appreciated the process, particularly with the putter. I tested several putters before deciding which one to purchase. I would highly recommend coming here if you need a starter set or want to upgrade.The staff was extremely helpful and not pushy at all. They wanted to make sure I felt good about my purchase and I did.”
