I stopped in today to open a checking account and was told I would have to make an appointment. There were no available appointments for at least a week. What kind of bank turns away a customer who is trying to give them money?? I work in sales and would do anything to help a walk in customer. Ridiculous.

Banker gave change, but didn't say the change amount or count it out. Also wasn't particularly friendly re: customer service.
