“JD Customs helped me out right after an accident. AAA called them on out to help me in Tomah which was a little drive for them. I had originally wanted to take my car to a different shop but after looking at their reviews I asked if there was any way I could have it brought to them. They helped me out and were great communicators along the way. I hope not to ever been in an accident again but if I did I wouldn't hesitate to have it brought to JDs.”
“My tire kept losing air and I found a nail in it! Yikes I never bothered to learn to change a tire! Shame on me! Called this place and was told could come in with no appointment. Waited while my tire was fixed and back on the road in about 1/2 hour. These day when every business & service is raising prices asking for tips etc. this place was helpful, fair, honest service and pricing. Just proved flashy not always better this is simple small town business.”
“Took my truck there 2 times one for lower ball joints and the other for tie rods and alignment. Up front about prices and you won't find another place that is cheaper. I had asked for advise on my truck and they will put in their input but wont try to sell you something. They were nice enough yo rotate my tires even though I didn't ask
They also put oil into my truck cause they saw my oil light one and were nice enough to add some. Great shop

“If you find yourself in a pickle, THIS is the place you need to call. I came up to Black River all the way from Chicago and burst a tire. I had no way to change the tire, my spare was also flat, and my family was 5 hours away. This place seriously saved my butt. He showed up in 30 mins to the woods where I broke down and was able to change my tire at his shop. I was able to get back on the road in less than an hour and make it home safe. I would give this place a million stars if I could!”
