Devil's Head Resort is described as a great place with a great atmosphere and runs suitable for average or beginner skiers. Some guests felt it was not much better than Alpine and did not offer enough variety. Terrain parks lack interesting shaping, only a few runs stand out, and the lifts are slow, making runs feel stretched. There is a lack of moguls. The rental shop staff are praised for helping find gear. The resort has a best resort feel in Wisconsin, with ski‑out rooms, a bar with a fire pit near the lifts, and longer runs than many nearby hills. Walkability to the mountains is noted as a plus.

Great place. Love skiing at devils head. They are happy to host our racers. Always accommodating.

Aside from the conditions (due to 50 degree weather), this place was an amazing experience for skiing!
