Three business days later, to my pleasant astonishment. I received a message notifying me the repair was finished. Included were screenshots documenting the end result, and a final price equal to the initial estimate I was given. I am extremely satisfied with their work and I am extremely satisfied with the experience I had doing business with them. “We had an amazing recent experience at Best Buy West Madison! My husband tried to install a tv that we purchased a couple of weeks ago, however the tv wasn’t working properly. We were a bit frustrated after the installation, but we went back to the store to talk to the sales person Alfredo and his manager. They were so helpful, and offered to send Vince (senior tech) to our home the same day! We ended up getting a new tv 2 days later, without any hassle. Alfredo, the manager and Vince made our experience so pleasant. I will always recommend that store to anyone!”

“Well my last name isn't black...no real info on posts is a personal preference. However this is my second custom build from the guys at CPU solutions and I recommend everyone needing a desktop to them. More than happy with my computer and the staff especially Todd he has always answered my questions even when he didn't remember me..lol. But in all seriousness why buy a dell for 1000 bucks that can't be upgraded? These guys burn in their build for 2-3 days before sending. They are top notch on taking care of their products. I can not say enough about this company and it's American made so it supports OUR businesses and OUR families. I recommend these guys hands down and will NEVER buy a computer anywhere else if I can help it. 10 years later you have a question...they will get right back to you..that is rare these days.”
