I have purchased an executive office chair that my cat mostly loves(haven’t been named CEO yet), many tubs, art supplies, 3M line, backpacks and a rolling backpack which I used for a single year to save my back.
Everyone is super-friendly and accommodating. A cashier even inquired when I was in the time for last, “What’d you do with all those tubs?” That’s the kind of care I love—the curious kind.
Sometimes they let me sit in the office furniture area and pretend I have a job. It’s not loitering because I at least buy a Gatorade on the way out.

“I had to free up some space on my laptop in order to do an upgrade.Took it to graphite on the west side of Madison (where I had purchased the laptop) to get some pointers and was instructed to start deleting doubles, live photos and videos. It was taking me forever, so I decided to put all of my photos on an external drive. Needless to say, I found myself having major issues.
Of course, I reached out to Graphite once again. Josh came to the rescue! He worked on the project remotely, but I had mistakenly done something crazy when deleting stuff. Dropped the laptop off at Graphite on the east side (closer to where I live) and within a day, Josh had everything sorted out! I found the people at Graphite to be very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I'm pleased that I had purchased the support package as well. Thank you, Josh, for your support and expertise!

On Wednesday November 5th I started working with a younger guy and he was absolutely fantastic!!! I wish I could remember his name. I was in with my 10 year old autistic son and this guy was so patient and amazing with him. Asking my son questions, answering all of my son's strange questions about the store that had nothing to do with the purchase we were making. He didn't get frustrated when my son couldn't pick which color watch or band he wanted. Unfortunately this kind young man pinched his finger in the drawer towards the end of our sale and he had to step away because it was bleeding. Please find him and give him a raise!”
