“I've been a long-time AAA'er and thought I'd leave a positive review. First off - common sense. I'm reading complaints that it took from 85 minutes to 3 hours to get a tow. Do you know what a 5 mile tow costs in most cities? Minimum $200 -$300. Your annual AAA membership less than $100 and is good for 3 tows annually. If you want Insta-tow - go and pay for it.Your wait depends on many factors. Triple A contracts with many vendors for towing. Some close up at 10 pm and are the only service in a 200 mile radius.If its the first snow of the year and ice storm, then many are in the ditch - you have to wait your turn.News flash!!! No tow truck is sitting and waiting for you to need help. They are busy.If you are driving out of state and break down, Triple A can be a lifesaver.”
