She does a wonderful job with our Samoyed even when he was a puppy. Thanks to her, our little guy can handling us grooming him at home too. But our at-home grooming can't compare to the magic she does. At the end, he smells amazing, looks adorable, and most importantly, still the same (with some slight trimming here and there). The first time I came here, they walked me through exactly what each grooming term meant, they never made me feel like I was inconveniencing them or that they were too busy to answer my questions. They were very patient with both me and my cat and did a spectacular job. I get my cat a lion cut, and Steph does an excellent job every time. They will want to speak with you to make sure they understand what to do, and they take your pets health and happiness very seriously. I have had several groomers, and I WILL continue to go out of my way to bring my cat to Steph. Steph loves my cat, and my cat loves Steph. They very much pay extra attention to make sure you're getting exactly what you want. I have only gone twice so far, but this is far and away the best groomer I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. And I will continue to use them. Thank you, Steph!

I recommend Passion For Paws for not only their boarding and vet care, but for adoptions when available! Our trainer was so amazing with our oversized pup. We knew he was in good hands every time we would drop him off. Not only did our trainer dona good job with our pup but she also did a good job with teaching us how to train and ensure what was learned can be replicated at home. We had known idea how much we would learn throughout the process.

When we contacted Jorge about training, our dog just had the worst experience with a different trainer, Jorge took the time on our first call to calm my nerves going into training and even giving me tips on what to do moving forward before ever giving him money, or agreeing to using his training. He truly cares about the wellbeing of your dog.
When we started his training our dog would not walk by his kennel, let alone go in it willingly, now he will take his treats in there to eat them, take a short nap in there, or store his toys in there. It’s truly turning into his safe space again.
Another big thing we were working on was our dogs separation anxiety, we were not able to leave the house without our dog completely freaking out. Now with the training Jorge has provided him and us, we can leave with ease and he’s completely calm.
Since starting our training, our dog, Goose, is a completely different dog in the best way possible. I truly could not recommend Jorge enough.

I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience boarding my two Siamese kittens here! We were notified of a family health issue outside the USA and we were pressed to find a facility that would care for our kittens for a month. It was an extremely stressful time, but Laura calmed our worries the minute we stepped on site. She gave us a tour of a facilities, explained where the critters would be located and how they would be cared for.
The facility is spotlessly clean, modern, and clearly designed with the ultimate comfort and safety of the animals in mind. What truly sets them apart, however, is the staff and the communication and updates on how our kitties were adjusting. We were even offered to do a zoom call to chat with the cats. I declined because I was afraid I would be a blathering mess seeing my 'cattos'. The team is knowledgeable, attentive, and filled with genuine animal lovers who treated my babies like absolute royalty.
It is such a relief to find a local Madison business that provides this level of elite, compassionate care. I will never go anywhere else!

I’m not sure why—perhaps uncertainty about where I was supposed to go or what to do. I walked into their small space and the food was described accurately, though with no frills. I think no frills captures this place well.
I ordered a half sausage breakfast pasty and it was both large and really good. The price for what I received was phenomenal.
On future trips to Madison, I will be much more likely to make this one of my regular stops.

My only complaint is the people out there. They were very rude tried saying I cant bring my dog if hes not neutered when in fact you can if you have a permit. This was said minutes of us walking in the gates. Lady was saying any dog not neutered is aggressive and other dogs dont respond well to them. No sorry ladies my dig is very well behaved sweetest dog ever. He just wants to play hes NEVER been aggressive towards any dog or person for that matter. I was not impressed by the rudeness, and even more annoyed at the fact they are trying to tell me something they clearly have no idea about. Don't judge me or my dog thank you very much.
