The store has a great layout making it easy to locate the items you are looking for. I enjoy looking at their dog treat options. They carry a good variety of high quality brands. They also have fun cat toys up by the check out. This time I grabbed a bouncy ball with a few feathers attached. The staff member checking me out said cats enjoy playing with this toy on the stairs and that's exactly what my cats did. It's their new favorite toy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They greeted my dog with a treat when we walked in. I always enjoy a good pet store, especially MadCat.

The facility is exceptional—truly a blessing. I was able to bathe Maxwell with ease, thanks to the variety of shampoos and conditioners available. The towels for drying were heated, adding an extra touch of comfort. The provided combs and grooming supplies made the task effortless, and the final fur spray left him smelling delightful.
Not only will I return for future washes, but I also plan to purchase treats and toys from this store. The cleanliness, organization, and impressive selection of inventory make it a top choice, with great value for money. Thank you for such a fantastic service!

I have used other home euthanasia services, and while I can not speak a bad word about those services, Dr. Carrie and team go above and beyond. So respectful and compassionate. I was pleasantly surprised by the manner in which they transport your dearly departed, and the tokens of memorabilia that they gave after the service. To top it off, a week later, I received a beautiful card from the Arbor Day Foundation saying a tree was being planted in the Chippewa National Forest in tribute to our sweet girl. In a time that grief is making everything dark, Dr. Carrie's light shines right through.

The attendants have standards so at first Duke was put on probation until his behavior improved, which it did as he became familiar with what he now considers “his club!”. Simply put, Duke loves being there. Duke comes home contentedly exhausted. It’s like the dog park x10. He’s actually fallen asleep sitting up!
The more Duke goes there, the more he loves it. Pulls me hard to get in. At the end of the day wants to stay. He told me it’s his doggy heaven.

We really wanted to have a well-mannered, socially trained dog that would be around all of our young grandchildren and could take anywhere. Sarah and Andrew’s responses to any and all of my questions are prompt and complete, the stay and train was perfect for a young puppy that really needed it, and the continued support (and dog sitting) are amazing. I highly recommend them. We are thrilled with the behavior of our 5 month old puppy and feel fortunate to have found such wonderful friends who understand and support his continued good behavior.

All 8 instructors we've had over 4 different classes are amazing. The enrichment activities, treats, and puppy art projects are definitely worth it! I love the enthusiasm the staff brings to everything they do, especially fundraisers and community events. I'll be sad when Theo graduates, but I'm so glad he'll move on to the Dog Den!

Paired with handcut crispy french fries, it was the perfect meal. Great portion sizes. Would highly recommend eating here anytime. I can.t wait to come back and try their homemade cookies when they have them. The owner and employees were super friendly and helpful with the menu. Everything was outstanding.

2358 E Springs Dr, MadisonWe love Broken Board Coffee. It’s one of the more unique coffee shops in Madison, with a great atmosphere and consistently speedy service. The coffee is always solid, and the baristas are especially talented when it comes to latte art.
I’m not sure what beans they use, but their coffee has a distinct flavor that adds a subtle citrus note to their lattes. It’s a really nice blend and unlike anything we’ve found elsewhere.
Another fun part of this shop is that it’s located inside a skate shop, so while you wait for your drink you can browse the merchandise. If you’re a window shopper like me, you’ll definitely enjoy the experience.

I also got to try Za’atar Chicken Wrap, it tasted so fresh and light, a whole different vibe than my order but amazing nonetheless. We shared an order of wings with the sweet Thai chili sauce and it went really well with my sandwich. The restaurant was super cute and laid back with lots of plants and all of the staff I interacted with were super kind and helpful. All around a great place to dine! Ella (the adoption coordinator) was so helpful and kind and patient through the entire process. We had so many questions and she was so knowledgeable. A week into being home, one kitten came down with an illness and when I called MCP they not only got her in immediately to be checked out, but sent us home with medications and H, the medical professionals, was available via text to update us and answer questions. This is not an average place, they go above and beyond and truly care for the animals and we could not be more thankful to have found them and our sweet babies! Adopt here!
