“I love doing business with Hometown Ace! I came in on Sunday to have custom paint mixed and didn't realize they were 15 minutes from closing for the day. Mera happily not only got me what I needed but had to turn all of the equipment back on to get it done. Bowyn also helped to get me taken care of. They could have made me feel like I was putting them out by holding them there 10 minutes longer on a beautiful Sunday afternoon but they didn't. They all, even the cashiers, provided excellent customer service with a smile. And extra bonus, the paint was on sale!”

“Was in this store a few days ago looking for grills and an employee named Gray helped me out. He was fantastic and seemed so knowledgeable about the products and what they sold. Gray gave such great customer service I was blown away. Wouldn't find that at a big box store. Shout out to Gray for making me believe that there is still some great customer service out there!”

“They went above my expectations. They were open and honest. The pricing was what I had hoped for and will be back for my needs. I've been a costumer for years and while they were unable to accommodate my unusual request, they didn't try to BS me. I'll be back.”

“As a local licensed HVAC contractor here in the Janesville area, WinSupply is hands-down our preferred supply house—we purchase a large portion of our materials through them, and for good reason. First, a quick note for anyone reading reviews: WinSupply is a professional supply house that serves licensed contractors. They’re not set up as a retail storefront for the general public, and that’s exactly why contractors rely on them—because they focus on professional support, inventory, and jobsite reliability. What sets the Janesville team apart is their service and technical competence. Their support is second to none in our area. When we run into an issue, they respond fast, help us troubleshoot, and do what it takes to keep our jobs moving. Their tech support staff is knowledgeable, experienced, and actually helpful—not just reading from a script. We’re genuinely lucky to have a supply partner like WinSupply in our market. They make our team better, our turnaround faster, and our customers happier. Highly recommended for any licensed contractor looking for a dependable supply house and a strong partner.”

“John in plumbing at the Janesville store was very kind and helpful answering questions. He helped me select a wall access panel for installation in my home so work could be done in the future on tub and shower plumbing. Went above and beyond, spent plenty of time giving me advice. Also great price on the access panel.”

“good for products, not for plants unless it's something like grapes or blackberries. most of the plants are sickly or the seeds don't sprout. (not a user issue, I'm a long time gardner and the only place in town seed wise and plant wise that I've ever had poor luck with has always been stuff that comes from here)”
