Always Towing & Recovery, Inc. provides towing and recovery services. Some customers report a very positive experience, describing the staff as professional, straightforward, polite, courteous, respectful, caring, compassionate, and offering top notch service with quick resolutions. They are noted for being open on weekends. However, other reviews mention negative aspects, stating that prices can be outrageous with additional fees, and one customer expressed frustration over storage fees and a lack of an initial estimate. While some expected a bad experience from poor ratings, they were pleasantly surprised by the service received.
Horrible company…target the low income communities the most knowing most can’t afford their high prices. $400 to retrieve your vehicle is ridiculous

Predatory tow company that needs to be shut down. Charge ridiculous fees and care more about the money than people. Its sad that apartment complexes have businesses with this type of company. Needs to be shut down its completely ridiculous and predatory.
