“This business is fantastic! They are always quick to respond to our needs even though we ourselves are a small business. They treat us as if we are any other hospital. Their customer service is top notch - cannot recommend them enough!!”

“The employees were friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. I only rent U-Hauls from here. I used to only go to the one on State street. Very satisfied with the Appleton location, though. Aleays. Workers were fun to interact with. Good to see people still working hard while enjoying the work 😀”

“The driver was polite and courteous. It was just a bit hard placing my order with the call center representative i talked to. I miss the local secretary i used to talk to before the calls got outsourced.”

“Raynette was awesome. She was solving so many corporate level issues to get customers what they needed. I also forgot my glasses in the truck and she got me on the phone to tell me before I was out of the parking lot.”

1500 S 1st St, Milwaukee WI 53204
“I understand the negativity; no U-Haul is ideal, but the people working at this location on 1st worked with us, laughing at my ineptitude. It took a couple of tries before we found a truck without issues, but they're U-Haul trucks. The proprietors are from the neighborhood, and the location is convenient. Pricing is competitive. The day went well.”

“I went to the wrong location to pick up my Uhaul, but the young man who helped me was wonderful and get me set-up with a new reservation, so I didn't have to uber 15 minutes away. (The gentleman with blonde hair working the morning of 8/12)”

505 E Capitol Dr, Milwaukee WI 53212
“This is the best uhaul place. I rented vans and trucks here for 6-8 times in the past 3-4 years everytime i move or every time my friends move and i have to help them. Despite hectic(often stressed) and heavy flow of customers, especially in peak seasons like the end and beginning days of the months, the staff here maintain professionalism, are kind and very nice. The manager LeeAnn is cool and professional. Thank you to the staff here for making my move less stressful!”
