I messed up my rear wheel in some stupid way trying to fix it myself, and when I brought it to Ben’s they were very knowledgable and got it fixed right away! Won’t try to upsell you on stuff you don’t need. Also all of the staff were fun to talk with!

I brought my front bike rim in after getting a jar of Saurekraut lodged in there.. (crazy I know!) But the process was very straightforward, Professional, Pleasant! Took maybe less than a week for them to do. Thank you! I'll definitely be a returning customer!
