Dear ETE, I had your transmission put in and in few miles it failed. I await warranty 103611, through West Automotive, San Diego. Please acknowledge and help resolve so that I can give a great review. No ETE resolution. West Automotive was great to find a new supplier and replaced that transmission.

Don’t buy any product for this company! the transmission I bought lasted only 40k miles, I’ve been fighting them to give me a new transmission for over two years, they make you jump through hoops, the manager Joesph would not honer their warranty, would not do anything to make this right.

This company sells sub par rebuilt products that will fail! 2 transmission in 3 years each lasting less than 3000 miles!Customer Service is great to get you past the 3 year mark, then it's not our problem it's out of warranty. Even though their product fails time and time again!NEVER SUPPORT OR GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY!!!
