Family Grocery Store is a hidden gem and a wonderful, family-owned business. It is an old-style grocery store with a delightful staff who put a personal touch on everything. The store is stocked with a vast array of Eastern European food, particularly Serbian and Croatian cuisine, including a wide variety of snacks, drinks, cookies, coffees, chocolates, and other items not found in typical American grocery stores. The fantastic, scratch-made food is the highlight. They prepare traditional dishes from the Balkans, making their own breads and cooking made-to-order bureks, sarma, cevapi, salads, and soups. The food is delicious, some of the best, and a meal there is like sitting in your grandma's kitchen. The restaurant area is very clean. The owners are exceptionally kind, known for making fresh food for customers even if it takes extra time, sometimes after closing. It is a real treat where customers become family and the food soothes the soul.
Very nice place, amazing Serbian food, lovely owners. We arrived half an hour before closing and they still made fresh ćevapi and burek with cheese for us. Would highly recommend.

She makes a Awesome pita, but You gotta call a head of times , People dont realize that whatever you order she needs her time pita or nor ćevapi are not easy to make people. Overall she is amazing I like her spinch and mini bagels she makes. My boys love her burek 🩷
