Amazing collection of primarily dutch and German art. I prefer it even to the Milwaukee art museum.

A great way to spend an afternoon, 2 hours was not long enough to explore the museum! We started from the sculpture garden and worked our way down. I loved every moment here. I feel as if I learned so much about how things were here in Wisconsin as well as the rest of the world. I plan to visit again.
Located on the campus of MSOE in downtown Milwaukee, the Grohmann Museum is home to the world’s most comprehensive art collection dedicated to the evolution of human work. The Grohmann Museum is named in honor of Dr. Eckhart Grohmann, an MSOE Regent, Milwaukee businessman and avid art collector, who donated his Man at Work art collection to MSOE in 2001 and subsequently the funds to purchase, renovate and operate the museum that bears his name.
