A primary drawback is the vacuum area, where many stalls are often non-working, closed, or clogged, leaving only a handful available. Some customers note the air dryer is very short and that the back of the car, including the windshield, is not always cleaned well. While the wash service is good, the condition of the vacuum facilities has declined for some, with staff explanations about maintenance and rain restrictions causing frustration.

I love this vacuum place!! It’s free and the vacuum actually work way better then they did before. I come almost everyday to clean my car and it’s right in the area.
