We booked months in advance. Did not get what we asked, instead we got a room with no view, left over seems like, after we are told that there was nothing available.

The service was very nice and I was made to feel welcome. The accommodations met my expectations and the food was healthy and delicious. I had a beautiful view of this bridge.
