“I called spoke with Mike on the phone about getting an estimate or diagnosis. Found out the diagnosis is free, which was awesome. Bought the vehicle last year for an extre winter car. After a month I was going to sell it for parts of junk it, because my transmission was slipping. I didn't have enough money to replace the transmission. Thankfully, they found the problem was the speed output sensor for the transmission. I had them do the work to replace the sensor which saved me from most likely having to junk the vehicle. I really appreciate the customer service, reasonable price and the great work that they did. If you need any work done on your transmission or any work related to that. Be sure and give them a call you will be 100% happy you did I know I am.... Thanks guys for the great work.”
“I was getting ready to leave Wisconsin and head back to Missouri when I tried to start my truck. Nothing, it wouldn't start. So called to get it towed. The only place I wanted to take it to was Voline. WHY? Because my mom Nancy Huggins took her car to them for many years. These guys are great. Honest very helpful and respectful. They were so good to her that she gave her 1992 Honda Accord to them when she called it quits for driving. My truck was looked at and the problem was aloose battery cable. I was called about 15-20 minutes later and that's what I was told. I asked what do I owe. I was told nothing. I said are you sure I was told yes. Again I want to say thank you for all you did. You guys rock ?‼️”

“Driving through town hours from home and our fuel tank strap broke and was dragging on the ground. We stopped in with no warning and asked if he could look he told us to come around back and he did the repair asked if we needed anything else so he charged our AC too since we realized it wasn't cold... he did both and we were out within an hour. Awesome considering we had two little kids with us!!! And He could have gouged us with price since we didn't even ask how much as we were desperate and he was super reasonable!!! Very much recommend and if we ever are in the area will use Lalo!! Thank you!!!”

I believe I worked with the owner and his son. Both were friendly, honest, and ensured I left satisfied. ( they double checked all fluid levels, replaced the worn wiper, installed the license plate, etc...)

“I’d like to give a shout out to Bob. I called about a rim replacement, but I was informed the shop was going to close shortly. The next morning I arrived at 8 am, given I had too have the tire shop put the tire on and be to work by 930. He left notes at the front desk and the rim ready for pick up. Also, he did some research and lowered the price of the rim for me just to be fair. The front desk lady was very pleasant as well. Also, it was the cleanest savage shop I’d ever been too. “Amazing job hands down recommend to everyone.
Long story short, I needed to get 4 tires asap plus oil change ? I shopped around all these different stores trying to find the best deal and needless to say, it was very overwhelming especially with being a female not knowing much about cars. Every single store I called or went to I would get a huge spiel and be told that there was way more things that needed to be done with my car, or I’d have to wait weeks because, I had an unusual tire. Finally came across A&A Tires reached out them, spoke with a kind gentleman who was able to answer all my questions and got me right away to fix my car that same day I can’t thank them enough ?❤️
