Came to this location for a tow-behind 6’ x 12’ trailer. Installation and pick-up from Mike was quick! When we saw that the receiver was low to the ground & nearly dragging, Mike came to the rescue and helped us find and install new hardware into the hitch, allowing us to hit the road faster! Staff was helpful and friendly leading me through my first UHaul rental experience and reduced stress of a stressful moving time. I wish I remembered the names of the gentlemen who helped me at the front desk-they were amazing! At the return of the vehicle, a young woman Alexis(sp?) was awesome!
