“I recently bought a new washing machine from the East side (Stoughton Road) location. Due to disability I could not visit in person. I did research online and found the prices to be competitive. The sales rep, Dale, was excellent: courteous, patient with my questions and repeated calls, informed. The delivery team was also excellent: on time, very courteous, had the relevant expertise, and completed the job quickly without any damage to the house or stairs. I purchased the extended warranty so will have to see how they will perform if repairs are needed. But I won't have that information for a few years if at all. In the meantime, my purchase and installation experience were great.”
“Drew and his people are great. Everyone I’ve met there is focused on keeping businesses moving and making sure you get what you’re really paying for. Jay is a great resource and Brandy has awesome service.”
“I went into Home Depot late at night after a full evening of gardening, looking for additional wood for my garden beds. Mitchal was one of the few people available to help and he was so incredibly attentive and helpful! He listened intently to my needs and provided exceptional customer service.”

“Nate had a window today of 10am and 1pm. He was at my place by 10 ready to go. Super friendly and down to earth guy. I was very sad I did not have money to tip him so I gave him 2 premium protein drinks instead. Give this man a raise he fixed my stove in under 15 min because I was on my 15 min break working from home.”
“Thank you to Jon W., for helping us find and order just the right size and color refrigerator! Thank you to Terrence and Luke who so expertly and efficiently delivered it and removed our old refrigerator today! They removed a door to the kitchen to fit the refrigerators through, and put the door back on with no problem. We appreciate the courtesy and efficiency of all three gentlemen!”

“This time was a great experience I half way didn't expect the store to have what I needed but they did!
I don't remember the name of the girl who helped me but she was great, she didn't hesitate to look for what I didn't see and she found it.
If I was her boss, I would of given her a one dollar raise the spot, she deserves it. They all do.”
“Went in to get a generator, and Chris from gardening came from out of nowhere, unlocked the cage, and helped us put the generator on the cart, took it to the front and helped us put it in the car. He was so sweet and kind and aided us the entire time. The store was clean and the staff was so friendly. I highly recommend!”
