Which is important being an senior female.Friendliest staff, always willing to assist and support in any way.You will get service with a smile everytime.Last winter, when the weather dropped overnight, my tires went limp.The zero weather caused the air pumps to work very slowly.Noticing I was having trouble, Flash came out and got his own air pump from his vehicle. He then proceeded to fill my tire with air.In zero weather. What a champ!If you're in the area of South Towne, stop by the Kwik Trip at 2402 broadway. At Broadway and Frasier. No matter how busy they get. Youll get great expedient caring service.”

“I go to many speedways on my travels and I MUST say that this particular speedway is exceptional! No...not because of their inventory, nor because of their location........but 100% about their employees!Which I might add trickles down to the customer. So I give a lot of props to the employees and props to the employers if they're the ones giving incentives to the employees that are beneficial to all. I see Patricia here at the Monona location often and I cannot say enough about how kind and courteous she is on top of being a great multitasker and hard worker. I am not surprised if another employer were in here that they would not hesitate to offer her a job on the spot. Whoever hired her did a great job because she goes above and beyond and can totally relate to each customer yet always has a smile on her face.I enjoy coming here. “I love the location of this gas station! I also like that it has futuristic bathrooms that are clean, no paper towel, (air dryer for drying hands), creating less waste than most gas stations. Great customer service and great prices! Two thumbs up!”

“Can't believe I haven't reviewed this specific kwik trip yet, because I always have an absolutely stellar experience here! This kwik trip is way out of my way, I pass 4 KTs to get here, but it's always worth the time. Their hot spot is almost always stocked unless they were recently raided (very popular KT!) huge coffee area, lots of space, and a good snack, drinks and general goods selection compared to other KTs near me. Above all the employees are incredible. I wish I knew the name of the girl who works In the kitchen who helped me today, because she is always so kind. I come in some Saturdays very late in the morning, sometimes early afternoon absolutely needing a breakfast sandwich. This KT is so kind and FAST when I ask if they can make me a sandwich. One of the only KTs I have no problem asking if they can make something for me. I never mind the wait or the drive, I love coming to this KT!”
