“We visited this location twice while determining new flooring for our dining room. Last evening we made our decision to purchase one of the hardwood floors. Within less than a minute of our arrival to the flooring area, the employee in the area had greeted us and offered his assistance. He then ensured they had enough of the flooring available and also provided assistance locating trim pieces and the matching stain. He also offered to load the flooring (11 boxes) into our vehicle. At the checkouts we were warmly greeted by additional associates who also welcomed our dog into the store. Such great customer service and a pleasant experience! We will definitely return to this location for our next project. We jotted down some of the employee's names who were so helpful: Daniel, Claire and Shannon.”

Christie created several design options to consider using several cabinet manufacturers with several price points to fit my budget.

Christie had great design ideas to make my black appliances with gold kitchen accents pop. She has an excellent eye for detail marking the quartz countertop cuts to show the gorgeous vein and movement on the island and backsplash. George provided expert advice on how to install the downdraft for the cooktop in the island with drawers.

The under cabinet lighting is lovely alone as well as provides extra light when performing detailed tasks. The under counter outlets provide a clean look eliminating any cuts in the backsplash.

The Luxi Stone installation team was organized, efficient and careful verifying details to confirm the location of the garbage disposal air switch, faucet, and dishwasher air gap.

Luxi did a great job making two bathroom countertops from the quartz that came with the house.

“Employees were friendly and helpful. We focused on products that were in stock, but items that were not in stock arrived at our home 1-2 days later. I really appreciated being able to see the items (faucets) in person to see exact colors, etc.”

“I've been searching for somewhere to buy some new kitchen equipment that wasn't a big box store or Amazon. I found this (and the sister store in Milwaukee) to be the closest to me. I'm very glad I checked it out because they have a great selection at fair prices. They have some very high quality equipment along with some less expensive options as well.

They have one of the biggest selections of Lodge cast iron that I've ever seen in a physical location. They have so many different gadgets and tools. You can find just about anything you're looking for. They have a huge assortment of knives. Some budget, but mostly high quality, expensive knives. I could have easily spent thousands if I had the budget and space.

A big draw seems to be their knife sharpening. They'll sharpen your knives for you while you wait (except on Sundays). Several people came in while I was there to get various things sharpened. They'll sharpen kitchen knives, but also anything from paper cutters to garden equipment. If you have something that isn't sharp, but should be give them a call or stop in. They'll probably be able to do it.

The staff and owner were also all super friendly and helpful. They seem to know the products very well and can help you pick out what will be best for you. You can really tell that the owner truly loves kitchen equipment and she gets excited over the really cool gadgets.

Any time I need anything for my kitchen, I'm definitely going to make a trip to come here (or the sister store in Milwaukee). I highly recommend it. Plus, if you need any meat or spices, the shopping center has a Penzy's and a butcher shop. It's one stop shopping for a lot of culinary needs.”
