“Store Manager Tyler Pierce went out of his way to handle a very complicated problem I had that was involving my son and the huge business he works with and an order that business had sent to the wrong address so I needed to bring g the Staples merchandise to Staples to credit it back to the business. Tyler was VERY Knowledgeable, patient, understanding of this very unusual business mix up of my son's boss, etc. Store Manager Tyler got the very complicated issue resolved and my son's boss wlwho was responsible for this mess said she was really thankful for Tyler's expert help and resolving the problem. Store Manager Tyler gets 5 Stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟, Hope he gets a huge raise, he deserved it. I've worked Customer Service my entire life, I'm now retired and have NEVER met a nicer Store Manager than Tyler.”
