Anna, the manager, did an excellent job of packing. There was bubble wrap between the two boxes. Each piece was wrapped first in small bubble wrap, then medium, then large.
Everything arrived in pristine condition.

“I wanted to say a big THANK YOU to Darren, the manager of this UPS store. He very quickly and efficiently responded to my request to file a claim for an item that had been broken in shipment. He filed the claim and we received a check from UPS within 2 weeks for the insurance on the item plus a refund on the shipping costs. I really appreciate him for listening to me, for apologizing that it had happened and then following up on the claim right away. 5 stars!”
“I frequently go to this UPS Store, but I wanted to take a minute to recognize the staff today. When I was in the parking lot, my car suddenly wouldn’t start and I started to panic because my phone was at 5% and I wasn’t sure what to do. I went inside to ask if I could borrow a charger, and the two employees working around 1 PM were incredibly kind. The girl working immediately let me plug in my phone, gave me tissues, and brought me a chair while I tried to calm down and figure things out. She was so sweet and reassuring when I was clearly stressed. Then the guy working actually came outside and helped jump my car so I could get home. Both of them went out of their way to help me when they absolutely didn’t have to. Their kindness really meant a lot in a stressful moment and completely turned my day around. I really hope the owners know how wonderful these two employees are. Thank you both again for being so kind and helpful.”

Although it will be very convenient if office installs a Disable open door button at the doors. Because it is Friendly for Disables and also some one hauling a wider load can easily bring item inside without scratching its item sides. Over all Good Site. ?”

“They did great there. I had to drop off a package that had to get shipped right away and they were really fast at getting everything completed for me. Also I have some physical disabilities and they had parking right up front, they are extremely great accessibility to get in, and friendly staff who will help if needed. Another plus is that they stay open and ship out packages until 8:00pm.”
“I ordered 4 tires from Tire Rack. Two of them were delivered to my installer. The other two showed as in the warehouse in Madison, but nobody could find them. I worked with Kelly in the office, and then Chris. They searched for the tires and found them loose in the warehouse. It is huge, so that was a lot of work to do for one customer. It is also the busiest time of year for them.
I was able to pick them up directly inside the warehouse and take them to my installer. While nobody knows what happened to the tires other than the label came off at some point, I am just glad to not have waited longer. We have a trip to MN coming up for the holidays, and I needed these installed on my new car asap. Thanks Kelly and Chris!”
