“I was passing through town on a Sunday afternoon when my truck started overheating and I thought my weekend was pretty much shot. I called several shops and towing companies and either got voicemail or no answer at all. Tony's Auto Repair & Towing was the only place that actually picked up the phone. The tech answered (I wish I could remember his name but this happened a while ago and it just occurred to me that I didn't leave a review), listened to what was going on, and got someone out to help me much faster than I expected.
Turned out a radiator hose had failed and dumped most of my coolant. He was straightforward about the issue, got the truck repaired, and had me back on the road the same day. I appreciated that nobody tried to sell me a bunch of extra work while I was stuck in a bad situation. If you're traveling through the area and run into car trouble, these are the people I'd call.”

“Very impressed with the service and timeliness of my visit. I am from out of town and experienced Trouble with my serpentine belt. I called Rios who saw us immediately at 7:00pm on a Friday night. He diagnosed the issue and went and picked up a part. We grabbed a bite to eat, (Paco's Taco's down the road, delish!!), and by the time we returned at 8:30, Rios was wrapping up the repair!Rios was a savior for us! Cannot thank him enough! He made it so we can get back home tomorrow. Very honest AND personable service.”

“I just want to take a moment to shine some much-deserved light on Maurice & Sons Automotive and the incredible experience I’ve had with them.
I first came to the shop yesterday desperately needing work done on my vehicle, and now, after being here for the second time, I can genuinely say that Mr. Maurice has treated me with nothing but respect, patience, kindness, and professionalism from the moment I walked through the door.
What stood out to me most was the level of consideration he showed beyond simply repairing my vehicle. After working a 12-hour shift, I had to leave my car at the shop and had no transportation home. I casually mentioned this to Mr. Maurice without expecting anything from him. Without hesitation, he told me not to worry about it—he would personally make sure I got home safely and even offered to come pick me up when my vehicle was ready if I didn’t have a way back to the shop.
That gesture alone meant more to me than he probably realizes.
His staff showed that same level of care. My vehicle had taken quite a bit of damage from an impact, and without me asking, they went above and beyond to make it look presentable again. They took the initiative to fix things up and made my car look ten times better than when I brought it in.
For me, it was the thoughtfulness behind everything that made this experience so memorable. I never had to ask anyone to go the extra mile—they simply did it because that is clearly the kind of business they run. The consideration, compassion, professionalism, and genuine care were through the roof.
It’s becoming increasingly rare to come across businesses that make you feel like a person rather than just another customer, and that is exactly how I felt here.

“My car died in the middle of traffic. I called Moore's towing and he arrived within 15 minutes. He had my car safely ready to tow away within 2 min of arriving. We tried to find a shop for a repair & I ended up leaving my vehicle with Moore's Towing to have it serviced. They found the problem and had it fixed by the next afternoon. The price was very reasonable. From start to finish, great customer service from a kind and professional guy! Hoping I don't need a tow anytime soon but I'll be a Moore's customer again if I do. Highly recommend!”

“Adam came out and helped tow my car during a busy intersection during some heavy, wet snowfall (sorry to everyone who was driving around then and there for being in the way). He skillfully maneuvered around all of the other cars that were stopped at the light, was able to pick up my car and even helped me get it back into my tiny garage with his giant truck. He was also able to take a quick look at the kind of damage and what I might expect to pay to get it fixed.

“We broke down on freeway on our way to Sturgis with a broken middle axle spring on 5th wheel. Showed up in the parking lot at 7 a.m. with a hope and a prayer for same or next day repair.
