“I was driving from Chicago to Minneapolis and was having issues with warning lights that didn't seem to make much sense. I stopped to add some air (as one light seemed to tell me I needed to), but the place I stopped at in Beloit didn't have a gauge to measure the PSI, so I had no idea how much I was adding, so of course, the light came back on shortly after I got back on the road. It was already dark, and I seriously considered turning around and missing the funeral in Minneapolis the next morning.However, I as I was nearing Madison, I decided to pull off the freeway in Madison at a place where there's a Cousin's and a Walgreen's right across from each other as I wanted both, and I saw this place nearby. I pulled in and they were sympathetic to my situation. They got me in immediately and made sure all of my tires were at the proper PSI (and yes, I had overfilled a couple). I was back on the road in no time and made it to Minneapolis without issues. The peace of mind was well worth the $5.00 they charged me. I wish I hadn't just filled up or I would have gotten gas, too.”

“Got a hitch installed for my 2019 Honda CR-V. Everything about my experience was great. They offered me the lowest price in the Madison area, and installed a hitch that was higher quality than other places. They even cut the trim pieces so the hitch bar doesn't show under the car. Excellent job, looks great, and couldn't ask for anything more. I work remotely and they had a desk in the waiting area I used while waiting for the install. To schedule my appointment I emailed them and they were very responsive.”
