“Bought a 2007 Toyota Highlander from Al at Mad Motors. A fair price and a good, clean vehicle. The rear windshield wiper was missing, but I took delivery of it anyway with his promise that it was ordered and its way. Sure enough, a few days later they called and let me know it was in.
