“This should be a 1 star review for the bakery at the Pick N Save in Monroe, but the manager on duty, Brennan, made things right.
I ordered a cake a week prior to needing it. I was told by two people who work there that the timeline was no concern. I went to pickup my cake, 45 minutes before my event, only to be rudely treated by the employee in the bakery and them not have my cake ready. No phone call to let me know this would be the case. I spoke with Brennan and he made things right by allowing me to pick a cake free of charge. He is the only reason this review, pointed towards the bakery, is not a single star.
As for the people I worked with for balloons, they were phenomenal and I have zero complaints. I would highly recommend them!”
“It's my to go to store .It has a good variety ,things don't get constantly moved to different locations,and isn't a huge store,I can go in ,find what I need,and have checkout lanes,no self check outs.my favorite fried chicken and good deli”
