“On the morning of the funeral for a dear friend the ‘florist’ called and told me they were cancelling my floral order because they were ‘out of stock’. No options. I was on my own. Six hours to the funeral. I live in Phoenix, so back to the internet. This time I found ‘Personal Touch by Julie’ flower shop. I called and Melissa answered. After a brief explanation she said, ’I got you’. Just 75 minutes later I received a text with a photo of the most beautiful easel arrangement to be delivered to the funeral home within the hour. Those who could attend the funeral commented on the beautiful flowers. Thank you to Melissa and everyone at ‘Personal Touch by Julie’ flower shop. You went above and beyond to help. I could not be more pleased nor can I recommend you highly enough to anyone needing a florist with a ‘personal touch’.”
