A family member lost their spouse recently, and I wanted to get flowers to her fast to cheer her up, as she and her husband were always working in the garden together, her planting with him building whatever she wanted. When I was on the phone, I had no idea what to say or how to order, but the person on the phone made it seem so easy, despite me being a mess.
