One area for improvement would be in your pre-appointment procedures. I received no less than 11 text message reminders of my appointment. These text messages advised that my technician would contact me prior to his arrival to discuss my issues and confirm a time. He arrived unannounced.
When I questioned him about promised text prior to arrival he said that on first appointments all he receives is an address, no phone numbers etc.
I found all these texts annoying plus they served no useful purpose. Once again, hats off to Michael, great job!”

“I've been away for a while and I'm visiting this area briefly. Whenever I have used the Ace Hardware here in Muscoda, the staff have been more than helpful in every way. The prices are right. Things are always neat and tidy. I can usually find everything I'm looking for there if it's not out of stock. The woman who was the clerk checking me out today was fabulous and so very personable and professional”
