“They were nice, good price and tire warranty. Altho i asked to pay for an inspection on this new used car, he said they do a courtesy one. Well anyone can kick tires and look under the car, I knew the battery was 8 years old, the oil was a quart over, old air filter and the hood wouldn’t latch when opened properly& no mention of this. Just told me the parts look original and a small leak under the block.This is why I wanted to pay for an inspection with the best mechanic, not the tires guy”

Everyone there is professional and polite and their work matches their attitudes. There’s a couple of options around town and I’ve tried them all. I wish I’d have tried Black Tie first! “When I tell you I am blessed, I mean BLESSED. Garrett and the team at Silver Lake did everything they could to help me out with my hoopty of a 2010 Focus. Initially thinking I had one snapped tierod it turns out I have two that needed to be replaced with a specific rubber piece that was discontinued years ago. From the honesty to the integrity to hunting down discontinued parts, then the blessing of my ‘due balance’ — they went out of their way to make sure my car was back to me in working order the SAME day.
