Velved, the store manager, was working solo the day I went in. I was looking for a suit for a funeral I had to attend the following week.
They didn't have e erything I needed at this location, so he got on the phone and hunted down the rest.
The suit fit well, the price was reasonable, and Velved all in all did an excellent job. His demeanor made the task easier on my end (I hate clothes shopping), and I would recommend seeing him for all your "large dude" clothing needs!”

Keith spent his time calling district managers, customer service and more just to resolve this issue. Not only was the issue resolved but he gave us a discount for our troubles, I will definitely be coming back now that I know Tilly's puts their customers first. I tried looking for a spot to review employees on their website but I couldn't find anything so that's why I'm writing it here. Thank you Keith!”
