“Have gotten a lot of deals here. There’s a variety of stuff usually at half of retail price. These are store returns so expect occasional damaged packaging or cosmetic defects. The owners are great people and do their best to test everything and make sure everything is there. I’ve only had 1 issue with a product I got from there and they were very quick to make it right. They have a Facebook page and post most of their new products as they come in.”
“Red wing work boots are worth every penny. Especially the American made and sourced boots. Part of that is experience you get at your local redwing store. It’s great to be able to support USA jobs through the full process and get an amazing product. As for my experience at this location, it’s great. They measure not only your size, but your stride and pressure points to help find a perfect insole for you. They added speed hooks for me for a small charge in a few hours, and even serviced the leather of my boots too. I seriously don’t know why you’d go anywhere else if you have the money.”

“I’ve been here twice in two months for two different occasions. First one was me waiting a day before my daughters newborn photos/family pictures. Your store sales associate Mary, this sweet older lady, was so sweet and helpful, trying to find me clothes that made me feel beautiful considering I had just given birth, not liking my new body. She did everything in her power to find me flattering shirts or pants. Unfortunately I didn’t find anything I liked on my body. So I left. Fast forward a month later, I went in to get a dress for my daughters baptism. Again, the same Mary was in there working. She remembered me as much as I did her. Again, she ran around the store trying to help me coordinate colors and such for family photos for this baptism we were having. Again, I didn’t see anything I liked for my body type. I wish you guys had longer sleeved items (I have a short torso but longer arms) so everything in your store doesn’t feel long enough in the arms or they’re all short shirts that go up my belly when I raise my arms. I also don’t care for the pilling on the 24/7 line of clothes. After a wash or two, the shirt looks like it’s several years old and went through 100 wash cycles.”
“Zumiez was always one of my favorite stores as a kid. I went there the other day after years of not being in one. I am not the size I was as a kid. Essentially the entire staff moved Heaven and Earth to find the one pair of extra large corduroy pants. Their computer system was down, the keys to the dressing rooms were accidentally taken home, the one pair of XL pants was on a different rack then most of the pants. It must have been a hassle for them. But they diligently and happily helped me get the pair of pants I wanted. They fit me perfectly, and I love them. Thank you!”
“I went to 9 ahoe stores amd couldn't find a single pair I liked and my friend who was taking me places was getting upset because I didn't want to get the pain and boring looking styles they have now. So I went here and I looked around there was one pair I was ok with but I didnt like how the lases were to long like as in there not slip ons. So the person behind the cash register helped me get the right ones. He let me use his tablet to design my very own shoes that looked a lot like my old ones only they have my name on it and everything and it costed me $90 plus free delivery which takes two to three weeks. Plus since I bought it on line they had a sale pay $75 or more online save $20 so I only had to pay $73 other places I look are selling shoes for $200s of dollars but this place helps us a lot and coated cheaper and in my opinion is the only store I'll go to from now on.”
“Came in the rogan's for the first time and was greeted by a young gentleman I have unique feet 13 4E hard to find but he knew right where they were as soon as I came in he asked is there something I can help you with and I said yes I need tennis shoes size 13 4 e and he was a good employee he took me to the more expensive side sort of like upselling but he also told me if I wanted the other brands they're on the other side I bought the more expensive ones then he had continued to help me find insoles very polite very respectful young man... Overall a good visit and got some good shoes”

“I have had nothing but positive experiences each time I have gone into Vagabond. It is by far one of the best shoe stores. Both the selection and customer service has been great. I am someone that does look at reviews and when I read the 2 bad reviews about Vagabond it makes me shake my head. For someone not wanting to pay for tape at UPS but expect another business to provide for free is absurd. To buy a pair of shoes for someone not with you is always a gamble and to blame this on Vagabond is absurd as well. How sad that our society feels the need to post negative experiences about a business because of their own poor personal judgment. Vagabond keep doing what you do so well ... offering great selection of shoes and offering wonderful customer service. I will always recommend your store.”
