“I'd ordered a pair of boots online and was unhappy with the fit. I took them to the store and the manager who helped me went above and beyond to assure my issue was resolved. Her professionalism and knowledge of her product reassured me the advice she was given was indeed helpful in getting the appropriate fit. She then helped me pick out a matching belt, and even though it was not in stock, made sure it was ordered and delivered right to my doorstep. If I could give her more than 5-stars, I would gladly do so! Thank you for all your help!”

“I’ve been here twice in two months for two different occasions. First one was me waiting a day before my daughters newborn photos/family pictures. Your store sales associate Mary, this sweet older lady, was so sweet and helpful, trying to find me clothes that made me feel beautiful considering I had just given birth, not liking my new body. She did everything in her power to find me flattering shirts or pants. Unfortunately I didn’t find anything I liked on my body. So I left. Fast forward a month later, I went in to get a dress for my daughters baptism. Again, the same Mary was in there working. She remembered me as much as I did her. Again, she ran around the store trying to help me coordinate colors and such for family photos for this baptism we were having. Again, I didn’t see anything I liked for my body type. I wish you guys had longer sleeved items (I have a short torso but longer arms) so everything in your store doesn’t feel long enough in the arms or they’re all short shirts that go up my belly when I raise my arms. I also don’t care for the pilling on the 24/7 line of clothes. After a wash or two, the shirt looks like it’s several years old and went through 100 wash cycles.”

“We received good personal service in finding the proper ballet shoes for my child. We had to hunt to find the proper size that fit in the color that her class requires. We also found a leotard that fit (it's nice that we can try them on in store versus dealing with buying one on Amazon or discount dance and hoping it fits) and got it on sale. Shoes were slightly more expensive than I was hoping, but many items are more expensive now.”

I believe her name was Kristen. She was so amazing and helpful.
I was looking for work clothes and I have a strict dress code, and she helped me so much and consistently checked in on me, helped me grab different sizes, and picked out better clothes than I did for myself!
When I asked if she has been working at loft for a while (since she really knew her stuff) she said it was her first day! I was so shocked lol I still don't know if I believe her.
She's amazing at her job and deserves a huge raise. I spent over $300 and even placed an order in store for a size they were out of.

“Zumiez was always one of my favorite stores as a kid. I went there the other day after years of not being in one. I am not the size I was as a kid. Essentially the entire staff moved Heaven and Earth to find the one pair of extra large corduroy pants. Their computer system was down, the keys to the dressing rooms were accidentally taken home, the one pair of XL pants was on a different rack then most of the pants. It must have been a hassle for them. But they diligently and happily helped me get the pair of pants I wanted. They fit me perfectly, and I love them. Thank you!”
“I had to pop on here and leave a review for not only this store, but their employee Taylor, from when we shopped today. Taylor was probably the most helpful and friendly employee I have encountered in a retail setting in years. Taylor helped locate the exact shoe my son was looking for (waterproof boot style shoe), gave helpful recommendations for wear, and laced up the shoe so fast it was like magic. It was so refreshing experiencing real customer service! Before we were helped, I also saw other customers getting awesome service. I am so happy with our purchases and honestly this is why people shop retail and how buying online, even though I love it, can’t compete with a store experience. I hope Taylor is appreciated by Vans because I was blown away and shocked they had the exact shoe my son wanted, in his size and how kindly we were treated. Thank you!”

“I have had nothing but positive experiences each time I have gone into Vagabond. It is by far one of the best shoe stores. Both the selection and customer service has been great. I am someone that does look at reviews and when I read the 2 bad reviews about Vagabond it makes me shake my head. For someone not wanting to pay for tape at UPS but expect another business to provide for free is absurd. To buy a pair of shoes for someone not with you is always a gamble and to blame this on Vagabond is absurd as well. How sad that our society feels the need to post negative experiences about a business because of their own poor personal judgment. Vagabond keep doing what you do so well ... offering great selection of shoes and offering wonderful customer service. I will always recommend your store.”
“Went in to find new walking shoes. Found the size I needed and there was a pink tag 1/2 off clearance sale on top of the already low pricing. I got 2 new pairs of shoes for $25/each! We also had some entertainment when ~ after receiving permission to check if my orthotics fit we found funny stickers.”

She was extremely helpful. Adjusted the sandals for me and I was able to wear them out the store!!! It was amazing. We have two small kids and it was in and out within less than 15 minutes!”

“Don't expect to find any Jordan High OGs here. They always sell out for men. But otherwise you can find some really nice shoes here, and for a good price! The clerk/cashier was very nice, and have me some advice on what would go with my new Air Forces. Great place, definitely will come back when possible.”
