“Its so strange that I came here to compliment the Assistant Manager Marcus, and I see other people have mentioned his name in other great reviews! ?
Marcus is so lovely, happy to have a chat and very helpful. He even gave my toddler a lillipop ?.
Most Dollar General's rarely have warm and welcoming staff anymore, so when I notice it I have to give it credit.. Nicely stocked store too, clean and some nice clearance prices too.

I wish I lived closer, I wouldn't go anywhere else.. ?”

“Being new in town, it was a learning curve to see where everything was. I was thinking all the pricing would be high due to a smaller grocery store in a smaller community. However, many of the items were comparatively the same price as when I shopped in Eau Claire, WI. Nice meat, deli, fresh produce, dairy and liquor departments! Very helpful staff! Love this store!!!”

“Most Dollar Generals are the same, but sometimes there's a member of staff that makes a particular store stand out.
This Bloomer store has a guy called 'DAN' working there, who is a complete delight! ⭐️

I've never been to Bloomer before, although it's not far away. Stopped in and this guy helped me find items, had a laugh and joke about the music playing, honored a coupon that wouldn't scan up, and then helped me by offering a way to make my daughter more comfortable having her diaper changed on the floor, because the bathrooms in DGs never have changing tables!

I've never had an employee be concerned with my daughter getting upset on the floor before, it was quite touching. I've had to do this so many times in your stores, I really don't understand why you haven't put changing tables in the bathrooms yet?!
Anyway, that's a gripe I have with DG in general.. It has nothing to do with the Bloomer store specifically. Atleast here you have an employee who cares ❤️.
