“I feel fortunate to live near several very good bike shops where staff helped me compare a number of different bikes until I finally settled on a great bike that I found with the help of Andrew at Erik’s in Greenfield. I feel good about the purchase I made and would recommend Andrew and the staff at Erik’s to anyone looking for a new bike.”

“I have a Hey E-bike I bought on line a few years back. Needed a couple small repairs and tune up. I called a few bike shops and basically was turned away since I didn’t buy it at their shop. Understand their point and was willing to pay their 100.00 minimum but then was told I would have to find the parts. Needless to say, and won’t mention who, will never do business with them and will tell others as well. However as a last effort I saw this listing. What a breath of fresh air the way I was treated, did repairs and tuned it up! All under 100.00 and rides better than when I got it! He also took the time to offer good tips about maintenance and lubrication. I highly recommend Johnson’s Cycle!! Thank you for treating your customers with respect and kindness! Shawn Gallagher”

“Fox River Sports and Kim are running a wonderful small business bike shop in the heart of Waukesha. It’s clear he’s passionate about biking and the community, friendly and helpful! I took my son’s bike in for a popped tube and it was done in 24 hours. When going to pick it up I brought along another orphan bike from my garage that needed a pedal replacement and Kim took care of it on the spot. Thanks for your quick and affordable service, we will see you at the Christmas 🎄 Parade!”

“I had an amazing experience here as a first-time customer! I brought in an old bike that was passed down from my father, and Ian brought it back to life. It honestly feels good as new, and it rides incredibly smooth. Ian was patient, took the time to answer all of my questions, and even shared some great tips and tricks to help me get the most out of my bike. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. I couldn't be happier with the service, and this will definitely be my go-to shop for all of my bike maintenance from now on. Highly recommend!”
