Yes, the prices for modern production firearms (glocks, AR, AK, and other similar firearms) are quite high (some pre-owned guns being more expensive than the same model was new). The range is small, but excellent. Renting eye and ear protection is easy and cost-effective. If you are more of a collector of older/antique/surplus firearms, their prices are much more in line with what they should be.”
