“From registration through seeing the nurse practitioner and receiving my antibiotic Rx, the entire staff was friendly, efficient, and caring! I received the help that I needed. I had an appointment, but needed to wait. I knew that the staff was busy taking the same good care of those before me that they would take of me so I calmly completed a crossword puzzle, Sudoku, and Jumble while I waited. :)”
“In and out... I was a walk in and as I walked in I was greeted right away and then taken back to a office to start paperwork and drug urinalysis... the whole process takes less than 10 mins. The longest part for me was actually trying to pee in a cup...lol but after I did I was taken to an office and confirmed numbers on paperwork to my urinalysis cup sample. I was taking this test for a DOT drug test.... best experience ever in regards to taking a drug test... definitely recommend this place”

“Why is LabCorp closing in New Berlin? This is a great facility with great people. Many people use this location! Truly hope you move into another site in New Berlin! Otherwise my family and others will have to find a different lab to go to.”
