“Stopped in last week to look at a couple units since I’m moving Josh was super helpful showing me different sizes and answers all of my many questions. Ended renting unit 545 however it ended up being too small and Josh was able to get me switched to a bigger unit with no issues.”

“THEE MOST professional, communicative, nicest, people you’ll ever meet!!! I’ve worked customer service jobs for over 20+ years, trust me when I tell you my standards are astronomical! They blew those out of the water. Not only were they early(on time early) they talked me through everything they asked so many questions I felt like there was nothing I didn’t understand and it takes a lot for me to understand something. Biggest sweet hearts and understood this is my second moved and helped me with all my questions and extra that I didn’t even think to ask. Thank you Mike Payton so much and the guys you brought I wish I had their names. ALL THESE GENTLEMAN DESERVE A RAISE OR A BONUS BECAUSE MY EXPECTAIONS WERE BLOWN AWAY!!!”
