“Luis was very helpful and professional. I went to another storage company and was not treated professionally. Luis definitely went above and beyond to help me come up with the best fit for me. He’s definitely an asset to the company.”
“Storage space is very clean but all storage spaces today are clean.
What set apart Extra Space storage in West Allis, WI were the people that work there. Rita Bub is the Team lead and was great to deal with but all the other people (what at 68 yrs old do not remember) their names were equally delightful.”
“Good experience. Worked with Crystal from the front desk. She helped me navigate the facilities and made a tiring job much more interesting and enjoyable. Thank you.”
“Ive rented through Public Storage now twice once in Waukesha n once in West Allis both good experiences and clean facility with easy access. Good monthly rent prices just get your own monthly insurance its cheaper than their $20 a month. Id recommend this storage to family n friends.”
“Quick fast knowledgeable help from our customer service representative! Truck was clean and checking out and checking in was amazing ! So much easier than before ! I love the new location .”

“Jessie was extremely helpful and informative in assisting me with my unit. I get it, that's her job, but she took her time and explained everything exceptionally well to get me the results that I needed.”
