“This location is much more nice than where we were at. More space to move around inside, plenty of room for driving through. Clean, and easy to get to our units. Brionna is awesome making sure to explain things to us, and that the facility is kept up. She's one heck of a nice person to deal with.”

What set apart Extra Space storage in West Allis, WI were the people that work there. Rita Bub is the Team lead and was great to deal with but all the other people (what at 68 yrs old do not remember) their names were equally delightful.”

“Went in on a Sunday morning to rent a moving truck. Staff was helpful and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.
Truck had a hole in the exhaust but you couldn't notice it in the cabin of the truck, mostly it was just extra noisy. Truck worked well other than that.
Returned it later that day, seemed like there was only one person on staff but he was kind as I waited for him and I got a paper receipt and was on my way.
Solid U-Haul place. Not sure if they got a new manager or something since I was put off by a lot of...less than stellar reviews. But, at least when I was there, I'd say I had a solid U-Haul experience.”
