“Went in on a Sunday morning to rent a moving truck. Staff was helpful and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.
Truck had a hole in the exhaust but you couldn't notice it in the cabin of the truck, mostly it was just extra noisy. Truck worked well other than that.
Returned it later that day, seemed like there was only one person on staff but he was kind as I waited for him and I got a paper receipt and was on my way.
Solid U-Haul place. Not sure if they got a new manager or something since I was put off by a lot of...less than stellar reviews. But, at least when I was there, I'd say I had a solid U-Haul experience.”

“Rent was reasonable. The storage aisles were always kept clean. Dollys were always available when I needed one. Office personnel were always friendly and helpful, and when there was ever a gate issue I was always notified immediately. Overall I would certainly recommend Extra Space to anyone who needed storage.”
