He was so friendly and kind, and I hope the store appreciates how wonderful he is to work with!”
“Went to fed ex for copying and faxing stuff. I was so lucky to run into Claire who is at the front desk. I’m 78 years old and don’t know how to fax. Don’t have a copy machine. Don’t have a computer. I have a iPhone and a iPad. Anyway, I had important stuff to get out to an insurance company. Claire was so helpful so experience so thorough in her job. I had two hours on the phone with my insurance companies and Claire made me feel better after the two hours with them on the phone. She sent things off and as a result, I bought extra stuff that was on sale in your store. Thank you very much for having people like Claire.
