“I want to highly recommend this store and give a huge shout out 🎉 to Jayden, Liz and Joe. I was having multiple problems with my phones (2 damaged phones with multiple defective replacements!) and concerns about lack of service in Osceola. They worked with me and resolved issues, restored lost photos, plus found plan changes that will save me money.
They were patient, professional and kind to me and the phone tech support needed. I could not have navigated the system to solve the problems. I tried many hours at home. They are smart and helpful. So grateful we have them here in New Richmond.”
