“David and Olivia were amazing!
Came in to get my ma a phone and add her to my plan, we ended up getting home internet for my mom (much needed) and also getting my brother an upgraded phone and added to my plan as well. It seemed like we kept hitting road blocks but David helped us every step of the way making sure we got the best deal available to us. At one point the home internet was being tricky and Olivia stepped right in to help smooth the process. After everything, it took until 6:30 for us to get everything finalized and at no point did either of them seem upset we were there past closed. Amazing customer service and left very happy.”
“Isaac and Jaycen were excellent to deal with. However, AT&T‘s fraud department was not so great. We’ve been AT&T customers for many many years. After speaking to the fraud department two times they still were denying us new phones. Isaac was very patient and friendly and was able to work so we were able to purchase phones. We almost took our phones and left to go to T-Mobile.”
